Garlic sauce with almonds

Ingredients
1 head of garlic
100 g almonds
1 slice white bread
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
salt
Method
Grind garlic with a little salt, add the almonds and continue to Grind to a smooth mixture. Add the middle of the bread previously soaked in water, drained and crushed. Stirring continuously, add a trickle olive oil and vinegar. Suitable for beetroot and cold cooked meats.
