Ingredients
1 cup Rice
2 carrots
2 bell peppers (1 red and 1 green)
1/2 cup peas
1 cube mushroom broth
1 tsp curry
2 tbsp soy sauce
salt
4 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Rice is boiled in salt water, wash, drain and set aside. Vegetables are cut and sauté in the oil, by pouring 100 ml water and put the mushroom broth. As boil off water removed from heat and add the rice, soy sauce and curry.
