German salad sardines

Ingredients
6 sardines
120 g ham salami
120 g smoked salmon
shrimp
gherkins
capers
1/2 lemon
2 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (10 ml) wine vinegar
Method
The oil and vinegar mix thoroughly. Sardines are arranged in the middle of the salad, put rings around of sliced ​​salami, pieces of smoked salmon and shrimp, bay with the mixture and garnish with cucumber, capers and lemon wheels.
