Ingredients
1 clove garlic
1/2 onion
1/2 cucumber
1 tbsp sesame
1 large tomato, or 1 cup tomato juice
2 tbsp sunflower oil
black pepper, red pepper
basil
1/2 cup soy sauce or water
Method
Fry over high heat the chopped garlic with onion and sesame. After about 2-3 minutes, add spices and cucumber - as it is pozaparzhi for a minute or two. Pour tomato juice and soy sauce and leave to boil over low heat about 5 minutes (if you use tomato juice instead boil until cooked tomato). Other vegetables remain slightly crunchy. Serve with cooked spaghetti. * Preset products are for 2 servings.
