Ingredients
          500 g spinach
          500 g nettle
          1 bunch parsley
          2 eggs
          3 tbsp flour
          1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
          salt
              Method
              Nettle, spinach and parsley are placed in a bowl, pour boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Drained and crushed. Add the eggs, flour and the feta cheese. Scoop with a spoon and put into red-hot sunflower oil. Top are pressed gently to become flat. Serve with yogurt and garlic.
