Healthy oat bars

Ingredients
250 g fine oatmeal
250 g butter
200 g honey
5 tbsp sugar (brown or fructose)
100 g dried fruit (raisins, dried apples)
50 g nuts (shelled sunflower seeds raw)
5 tbsp flour - type

Method
Melting on the stove honey, sugar and the butter. In a bowl mix the flour, oats, seeds and dried fruit. We sent them sweet and nice Knead mixture. Pour into a rectangular tray previously covered with baking paper. Pressuring the mixture with a spoon, so nice to be smoothed. Bake in a preheated 170 C oven for 40 minutes. Leave to cool completely and then chop blocks. Store in a closed box in the refrigerator. These oatmeal bars are the perfect addition to your morning coffee, as well as providing energy snack. * tray, use is standard - 26 cm.
