Method
Herring cleared of fins, heads and tails or reusing fillets of herring. Washed nice and sprinkle with 50 ml apple cider vinegar or white wine, thyme and rosemary. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Chop washers and pickles strips. Cut out square sheets 30x30 foil and coated on one side with butter. In the middle of each sheet is put on 1 or 2 fish fillets. Top rank onions, pickles and a slice of lemon. Sprinkle with soy sauce - it is savory and therefore does not need extra salt - and ready for seasoning fish. Fthe oil screw on the packet so that it can not leak juices as it cooks. Packets bake in preheated BBQ - 10 minutes on each side, or put in a dry pan and bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes. Packets are served in individual bowls. The dish can be prepared with other fish.
