1/2 pickled herring
6 potatoes
2-3 carrots
1 head red beet
2 onions
3-4 pickles
200 g mayonnaise

Pickled herring is cut in small pieces . Cleaned vegetables are cooked and finely chopped or grate. Onions are also cut into small pieces.
