wholemeal spelled
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
feta cheese - low fat and desalted
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 egg
3 basil leaves

For dumplings mixed together egg, 1/4 cup hot water, Himalayan salt, olive oil and wholemeal spelled as you take to make a soft but not sticky dough. Then Roll very thin crust, cut circles, sandwiched by two, in the middle put feta cheese - low fat and desalted. Snuggle with a small cottage on the side to stick together. Pour in the boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes. Then pour more water, leaving little and add the tomato paste with pepper, crushed garlic and fresh basil leaves 3. After about 4-5 minutes your dumplings removed and put in bowl. When the water evaporates from the tomatoes finished tomato sauce pour over dumplings. * It is quite spicy, but this is my goal.
