Ice cream with kiwi and pistachio

Ingredients
400 g kiwi
200 g yogurt
100 g sugar
20 ml liqueur kiwi
125 ml lime juice
1 egg white
4-6 strawberries
2 tbsp pistachios

Method
Kiwi is peeled, pureed and was ground through a sieve. Sugar is boiled with 5 tbsp of water a thick syrup and allowed to cool. The syrup is mixed with kiwi puree, liqueur, yogurt and lemon juice. Add the defeated and hard snow egg white. The mixture is spread in a shallow metal tray and allowed to freeze in the freezer, stirring periodically (or is prepared with the ice cream maker). Before serving, ice cream is dusted with chopped pistachios.
