Indian potato garnish

Ingredients
700 g potatoes (3-4 large potatoes)
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp curry
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Potatoes are cut into medium cubes (slightly larger than those for soup). To these are added all the spices and confuse nice. Sunflower oil (not a large amount of) heat and place the potatoes, scrambled in minutes until they receive a nice tan and get ready. Remove with a slotted spoon, add salt is. Suitable for furniture of all meats and fish.

probably will be delicious, but ... will you burn the paprika when frying?

Little burns, but still gives a nice taste. Maybe so confused constantly otherwise utterly Zagora spices. If made in Vogue is even easier. I made them with a slight posvareni potatoes are also very nice.
