Ingredients
80 ripe figs
1 kg of sugar
1 tsp limontozu
2-3 geranium leaves

Method
Figs peel, place in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar and left overnight . In the morning put leaves indrisheto and put to boil. Recorded for 10 minutes by boiling, removed from heat. Evening again put to boil for 10 minutes, the foam was removed with a slotted spoon and after 5 minutes from boiling placed limontozuto. Remove from heat and filled into jars. Starilizirat 5 minutes and immediately cooled.
