Ingredients
1 kg green tomatoes
1 kg of sugar
1-2 tsp citric acid
1 vanilla
Method
Are selected well-developed small green tomatoes already clarified. After being washed, cleaned from the handle by cutting and less than highlight their part and part of the seed. Boil 3-4 times in separate leads (4-5 minutes for each digestion) to remove the bitterness thereof. Rinse thoroughly with cold water. Their skin cracks and the last boiling and cooling peel tomatoes easily. Prepare the syrup of sugar and 1 cup water. Sweet boil over high heat and before take off, added citric acid. Flavored with vanilla. Once cool, the finished jam spills in jars and seal. May be sterilized for 5 minutes.
