Ingredients
4 eggs
pinch of salt
2 cup flour - medium soft dough
200 g feta cheese
fat frying
Method
200 ml lukewarm water, 2 eggs, salt, flour and knead a soft dough. Divide into 4 parts. Each roll of pita, sprinkle with oil, ranking on each other and sharpen thin crust. Cut is 15x15 cm squares in the middle put feta cheese, mixed with the remaining two eggs, folded like an envelope, the edges are pressed to not leak stuffing and fry in a Teflon pan.
