Ingredients
sunflower oil
2-3 onions
2-3 tomatoes
paprika
2 tbsp flour
few peppercorns
1-2 leaves bay leaf
1 canned Rousse Cooked (200 g)
parsley
Method
Chop and tomatoes blanched and peeled. Cut into pieces and together with onions fried in the oil. Add red pepper and flour, make hot water and simmer on low heat. Placed grains pepper, bay leaves and after 10 min Rousse Cooked, cut into chunks. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley in small pieces and boil 2 minutes.
