Kebab with veal

Ingredients
500 g beef topside
200 g carrots
1/2 stalk leek
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp red wine
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried lovage
150 ml sunflower oil
Method
Luke cut into thin rings. Carrots cut into circles. In a deep frying pan put the oil and fry the onion. Sprinkle with salt. After about five minutes, add chopped carrots and stir. The meat is cut into cubes, then added to the vegetables. Fry additional 5 minutes, stirring continuously, followed by pouring water, enough to cover the meat. The meal was capped and allowed to simmer on low heat about 40 minutes. Finally, add lemon juice, 1 tbsp red wine and crushed dry lovage. Soup let simmer cupped.
