Kurkudena soup

Ingredients
400-500 g pork - streaky
1 onion
1 carrot
2-3 pieces vermicelli - thin rolled
1 cup water
2.5 l cabbage juice
1 tbsp flour
1 egg soup thickener
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp savory
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Cut the meat into small chunks and stew in the oil with chopped chopped onion and carrot. Pour water. When meat is almost ready add cabbage juice. After boil 30 minutes, put noodles. After 15 minutes, make a little fuzzy in water flour. Pour a spice and is excluded from the fire. When cool the egg was added and mixed. You can add chopped fresh parsley.

1. This amount of meat is added and 200 g finely chopped sauerkraut stew which together with the onion, carrots and tidbits. 2./ The broth does not bind with the egg. More can be added 1/2 tsp Paprika when smothered tidbits as to give a reddish color. 5. As described in the recipe, I do not understand how to do add the egg to cool soup.

Very tasty chorbichka, super safe and the taste is very nice with cabbage juice, bravo.
