Lamb in Atolovski

Ingredients
1 lamb
125 g butter
5-6 bunches of spring onions
2-3 tbsp (30 g) red pepper
salt
Method
Lamb is cleaned and washed, add salt and outside inside coated with the butter and paprika and bake in a moderately hot oven, as occasionally watered with compartments in the pan sauce. When tender meat in the pan add chopped onion and a little water. Then lamb dopicha until ready.
