Lamb with herb sauce

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
3 pickles
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp finely chopped basil
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
8 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper
600 g lamb
Method
Press the garlic, cucumbers are finely chopped. Mix and add the mustard, vinegar, basil and parsley. Gradually pour 4 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper - the sauce is ready. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry with the remaining olive oil. Serve with the previously prepared sauce.
