Ingredients
1 slice bread
100 ml milk
1 lamb liver
200-300 g lamb
1-2 eggs
1 lamb veil
1 bunch spring onions
mint, parsley
pepper, salt
Method
Slices soak in milk. Liver and meat are cut into small pieces and mix. Add eggs, chopped onion, mint, parsley and bread. Everything is kneaded well and season with salt and pepper. The veil is washed and wrapped it bites of the mixture of egg size. Strung on a skewer and bake BBQ.
