Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
5 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 tbsp cocoa
1 and 1/2 cup ground walnuts
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of baking soda
# For the cream:
500 ml liquid pastry cream
jam cherries
# For syrup:
compote cherry juice or sugar syrup
# To decorate:
cherry compote from
jellied juice compote (oklo 250 ml juice with 1/2 packet of gelatin)
crushed walnuts

Method
Eggs are broken with sugar. Add dry ingredients and stir with a spoon. Baked in a pan with a base diameter of 24 cm. The finished base is cut into two parts. syrup with compost / sugar syrup. Spread with plenty of whipped cream. Top distributed sweet cherries. Placed second base, slightly moist. Cake smeared all with cream. Side board is extruded as cream roses. Pour juice compote with gelatin (so as not to drip board of cream roses prevent it), place cherries for decoration. Remove cake paste with ground walnuts.
