2 large tomatoes
1 large onion
7-8 cloves garlic
olive oil, salt
4-5 leaves bay leaf
330 ml beer

Method
Sweep and salted leg of lamb put in the middle of the tray and around it: the potatoes and carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped, onion, peeled and sliced to a thickness of 1.5 cm, cut tomatoes four, peeled garlic cloves, bay leaves, olive oil and salt. Pour the beer and bake in a preheated oven at 180C degrees for an hour and a half.
