Lindzer with raspberries

Ingredients
200 g fresh raspberries
200 g raspberry jam
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup almonds
1 yolk
180 g butter
1 vanilla
1/2 cup powdered sugar
in a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom

Method
Flour, sugar, almonds and the butter put in a food processor and mix. Then add egg yolks, vanilla, cardamom and cinnamon. When the dough is ready to be removed and separated into three parts. Two of them collected and rolled and is formed with a ledge base side, and put it in a round pan. Top distributed raspberry jam. Put strips on top of the remaining dough and form a grid. Put it in the oven and bake in a moderate oven. When done sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with raspberries.

This reminds me of an Italian cake that says Krostata. Like him and can be done with another jam or even chocolate. Bravo for the recipe!
