Liver in Greek sauce

Ingredients
750 g liver
2 cup tomato juice
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1 sprig rosemary
bay leaf 1
3 cloves garlic
parsley
flour
salt
olive oil
Method
The liver is cut into slices, add some flour and fry. On the stove in a pan put some olive oil in it put the tomato paste diluted with tomato juice and sugar. As is evaporated to savor. Boil for another 5 minutes. The liver pour the sauce Cover and leave in a warm place 30 minutes before the presentation.
