Loins of carp baked with milk

Ingredients
cutlets of carp
1 liter milk
pepper, rosemary, salt
Loins of carp baked with milk

Method
Chops previously rubbed with salt and pepper. Stay in the refrigerator at least one hour. The pieces are arranged in the pan and pour in the milk. Bake at 180C.
