Lunch from pork ribs

Ingredients
500 g pork ribs
1 large onion
3-4 cloves garlic
carrot 1
1 stalk leek
tomatoes 3
salt, pepper and herbs
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Pork ribs are cut into portions of a length of 10-12 cm. Boil over low heat for about 1 hour without salt, together with all well washed, but of unskinned onion flakes (to get a golden broth) and flavor - coarsely chopped carrot and leek. In the meantime, prepare the tomato sauce. Cut into small cloves garlic, herbs and tomatoes. In a pan becomes heated sunflower oil and not more than 5 minutes fry vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. By poizstinalite ribs carefully removed bone. Any ribs are divided into two. Mix salt, pepper and sugar. The sugar will melt and give caramel appearance and taste. With this mixture and sprinkle ribs and pan and fry until golden on both sides. ribs served with a bowl of tomato sauce.
