Macaroni with minced meat

Ingredients
500 g macaroni
800 ml ivory decoction of beef ribs or salted water
salt
pepper
150 g minced meat
2 onions
vegetable oil
lemon peel
ketchup
Method
Possibly the pasta is not broken (or at least larger pieces). Boil in salted ivory potion. Drained cooked noodles mixed with stewed onions in vegetable oil and minced meat, seasoned with salt and 1 pinch black pepper and grated lemon peel. Serve in a suitable dish or portions at the time of serving pour ketchup.
