Ingredients
500 g minced meat
150 g fresh mushrooms mushrooms
1 egg
1 slice bread
1 tsp baking soda
parsley
lovage
pepper
cumin
fenugreek
paprika
Method
Mushrooms finely and sauté with 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil. All products are kneaded to obtain a coarse mince. Rolled in flour and fry until golden. Serve hot with steamed vegetables.
