Meatballs with quail eggs

Ingredients
2 slices of dry bread
1/3 cup milk
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
18 quail eggs, cooked and peeled
about 1.5 kg minced meat of your choice
pepper, salt, parsley, spices of your choice
fat frying

Method
Bread, milk Strain and spices. Added to the minced meat and knead well. Pellets were formed, as in the middle, with one egg. In hot sunflower oil fry until golden.
