Meatballs zucchini and crab sticks

Ingredients
2 large eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 large zucchini
5-7 crab sticks
2-3 cloves garlic
2 sprigs of dill
1 tsp red pepper flakes
salt, pepper
vegetable oil

Method
Courgettes be grated. Add salt and leave in a strainer or colander to drain about 25-30 minutes. In bowl, stir eggs with sifted flour and baking powder. Seasoned with spices and stirred. Add the courgettes and the crab sticks, cut into chunks and mix very well with the dough mixture. The fat is heated. With spoon scoops of the mixture and put in hot sunflower oil. Meatballs fry 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove them on kitchen paper to drain the fat. Optional can be served topped with sauce Ayoli.
