Method
Slice the meat and liver into small cubes and transfer them in the tray. Add the chopped leeks. Sprinkle with cumin, salt, pepper and savory, pour cabbage soup and add paprika. Stir well and cover the pan with foil. Bake minced meat kebab in an oven heated to 200-250 C about 60 minutes. If you have pork caul covering kebab and then cover with foil.
