Moussaka with chutney

Ingredients
500 g minced meat mixture
1 kg potatoes
1 large onion
100 g chutney
100 ml sunflower oil
2 eggs
150-200 g yogurt
salt
pepper
chilli

Method
Onion stew in the oil until transparent. Add the mince and stir until completely mix with onions. After browning of minced meat add chutney, black and cayenne pepper. Add 400-500 ml water or broth podsolyava to taste and bring to the boil. The potatoes finely and ranks one layer in a baking dish. Second layer is poured half of fried mince, potatoes again and a new layer of mince. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake until soft potatoes. If the water boil off add hot water, but less so when the potatoes are soft moussaka be almost entirely fat. Eggs and yogurt sauce is prepared as crash together in court. TOPPING pour evenly over finished moussaka and bake until golden in color.
