Moussaka with grated potatoes in a halogen oven

Ingredients
250 g minced meat
700 g potatoes
1 small tomato
pepper 1
1 carrot
1 onion
savory, black pepper and salt
2 cup hot water
# TOPPING:
2 eggs
1 large tbsp flour
2 cup milk or 1 cup yogurt and 1 cup water
1 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
In a bowl put the minced meat and add the grated tomatoes, stirring, thus not mince becomes lumpy when frying. It will happen if you used an aluminum mold for cake / those with releasable bottom / January as previously covered with foil. Or must seek off foil baking pans.
