Ingredients
600 g spinach
1 onion
1 cup Rice
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
1 vegetable stock cube
1 carrot
3-4 tbsp canned tomatoes
# TOPPING:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
Method
Spinach cut and stew in some of the oil until change color. Separately, fry the chopped onion and carrot. All products with 2 cups water in which is dissolved broth, baked in the oven until the rice is tender. Beat eggs, mix with the milk and pour on top. Dopicha be until browned. Optional can be garnished with yogurt.
