Noodles with cottage cheese

Ingredients
1 and 3/4 cup (350 g) flour
2 eggs
100 g salo
200 g cottage cheese
200 g sweet cream
salt
Method
Make a firm dough from sifted flour, eggs, salt and water. Allow 5 minutes to rest, rolled sheet, 2 mm thick, and wait to dry. The sheet is cut into noodles, pour in boiling salted water to which was added 1 tablespoon of melted salo, and boil under a blanket. When the noodles float to the surface, strain, allowed to drain and mix with 1 tablespoon of melted salo, 100 g of cream and half of the cottage cheese. Arrange the noodles in warm platter, sprinkle with cottage cheese, pour hot cream and greaves of salo. Serve immediately.
