O Choco Mousse (Mousse au Chocolat)

Ingredients
500 g coating (dark chocolate, milk chocolate or 600 g white)
4 eggs
125 g sugar
20 ml rum, Cointreau, coffee liqueur or other
200 ml milk, hot
500 ml cream

Method
Cream mix of snow and put the cold. Whip with 100 g of sugar snow and also put a cold. Yolks are broken down with rum and 25 g of sugar a hot water bath until they are thick foam.
