Ingredients
300 g okra
1 onion
1 tsp paprika
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
4 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tomatoes
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp salt
Method
Okra is cleaned and soaked for 30 minutes in a mixture of water, vinegar and salt. Chop finely and stew in the oil with the salt. Add the flour, then the red pepper and pour hot water. Once the boil is placed okra. Boil for 15 minutes and add the chopped and peeled tomatoes. After ten minutes, thicken it with eggs and yogurt.
