Ingredients
4 oranges
2 pomegranate
2 tbsp honey
300 ml red wine
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp granadin or fruit syrup
Method
Wine and honey are put to boil until reduced by half. Add cinnamon and granadina to the mixture and leave to cool. Pour the chopped oranges reconstituted syrup and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
