Paella with chicken and seafood

1 chicken
1 red pepper
400 g seafood (shrimp, clams, crabs, squid)
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
200 g rice
100 g peas
400 ml chicken broth
150 g dry salami
1/4 tsp saffron
salt, pepper
sunflower oil
1 lemon

Chicken cut it into small pieces. Onions cut in small pieces pepper into small squares. Minced meat garlic. Wash rice well. Cut sausage into slices. heat 20 ml vegetable oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and fry the chicken on medium heat 3 minutes until pozachervi. Remove chicken pieces and leave to drain. In the same oil fry pepper and parsley for 1 minute. In another court warming up 20 ml vegetable sunflower oil and fry the onion and garlic in medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring with a wooden paddle. Add rice, saffron and chicken broth. After the boil, add chicken pieces, decrease the heat, cover the pan with a lid and simmer remain about 10 minutes. Then add peas, seafood, sausage mixture of pepper and parsley and a little salt, stir and let the dish simmer for 10 minutes. Before serving garnish with lemon slices.
