Pangasius with onions and beans

Ingredients
1 kg of fish pangasius
4 scallions
2 green peppers
300 g drained canned white beans
300 g canned tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
1 tbsp Ronen savory
white pepper, salt

Method
Fish is cut, portioned pieces, wash and drain well. Slightly add salt and sprinkle with white pepper. Allow 1-2 hours to absorb the salt and spice. In a suitable pan pour canned beans. Top put sliced ​​onions and peppers. Watered with olive oil and sprinkle with savory. Pieces of fish are placed close to each other over the vegetables, top distributed tomatoes. Bake in a hot oven, low BBQ, about half an hour - a slight reddening of the fish.

Last night I did fish. It was very good. Home all liked it. But I like the chef was not very satisfied only by that to me did not get that shiny red crust of fish like the picture.
