Pasta Snail

Ingredients
1 prepared chocolate roll
1 cup minced meat or finely chopped walnuts
200 g sour cream
100 g chocolate
sugar to taste
100 g butter

Method
Cream mix with sugar and melted butter. Add melted chocolate and the walnuts. Leave in the fridge to harden slightly. Of the roll is cut a piece of about 3 cm, dab on top with cream, shaped front head of the snail, and rear - the tail. Eyes and horns of the snail made from sugar dough, but may be replaced with another suitable thing.
