Pastry with Potato

Ingredients
200 g melted butter
100 ml milk
1 tsp salt
1 yolk
3-4 large potatoes boiled and pressed
caraway
flour
Method
Mix the butter, milk and salt. Add mashed potatoes and flour. Knead into a soft dough. Roll out a sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm. By cup is excised circles that are cut to four. Each piece is screwed on a roll. Brushed with egg yolk and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Bake in a moderate oven.
