Ingredients
250 g fleshy black olives
4 tbsp lemon juice
50 g white feta cheese
1-2 cloves garlic
grated rind of 1 lemon
25 g of fresh bread crumbs
salt, pepper
Method
Remove pits and olives are cut in large pieces. Mix Blend garlic, grated lemon rind and lemon juice. Add crumbs and the feta cheese. The mixture is made of pate with mixer and season with salt and pepper. Pate is placed to stand in a refrigerator.
