Pate of olives

Ingredients
400 g olives
2-3 slices of bread
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 lemon
1 egg
100 ml olive oil
salt
Method
Egg Boil and grate. Bread soaked in water, drained and mixed with the egg. Add olives, onions and garlic. All this is passaged. Season with olive oil, salt and lemon. Serve with rakia, ouzo or of wine on toast.
