Pies, smoked fish

Ingredients
250 g flour
100 g butter
1-2 tbsp water
pinch of salt
# For the filling:
200 g smoked fish
3 eggs
250 g cream
100 ml milk
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
From the flour, the butter, salt and water knead the dough and let stand for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Smoked fish is cleaned of skin and bones and cut into small pieces. Eggs are broken down with milk and cream and seasoned with pepper and salt. The dough is spread on the bottom and sides of a greased pan with butter or baking dish. Top rank pieces of smoked fish, sprinkle with parsley and pour the egg mixture. Dish bake 15 minutes in a hot oven and then another 20-25 minutes in a moderate oven until a golden crust. Serve warm.

probably will be delicious, but if it is not too salty? I first time I made a salad with smoked fish, corn and other things, but barely ate that was very salty :)

I always buy hot smoked fish, it is almost salt-free.

In this recipe there is no corn and I hope it is not salty.
