1 box (430 g) of pineapple compote circles
1/2 cup rum
2/3 cup cream
Bananas Peel and crush them inside the mess. Add while stirring the cream whipped with sugar and vanilla to taste. Circles pineapple soaked in rum pre sweetened with 1 tbsp icing sugar. Drain them and on each circle put a pile of banana cream. Dessert is served well chilled, sprinkled with grated chocolate.
