Pineapple BBQ

Ingredients
1 pineapple
300 ml rum
1 tbsp cinnamon
600 ml water
Method
Cut the rind of the fruit is pineapple and cut into discs about 0.7 cm thick. In a large bowl mix the water, cinnamon and rum. Pulleys pineapple marinated for 45 minutes in a mixture, and then baked at very hot BBQ for 1 minute on each side. consumed immediately or by the addition of vanilla ice cream.
