Pita Sun - I type

Ingredients
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
1 tbsp (10 g) salt
1/4 cup (50 ml) sunflower oil
500 g yogurt
2 eggs
1 cup (200 ml) milk
20 g yeast
flour
120 g butter
cheese

Method
Warm milk reconstituted it in yeast, sugar, salt, the oil, yogurt and 1 egg mix, add flour until a soft dough. The dough was allowed to stand for 30 minutes at warm. Kneaded again and hit 100 times. Roll out the crust of 0.5 cm. The butter melts in the pan in which you will bake the pita. Part of it is smeared crust, sprinkle with grated feta cheese, rolls up into a roll and cut into cylinders with a height of about 2 cm. The pieces are lining up vertically in the tray and leave to rise for 30 minutes. Then the pita smeared with beaten egg and bake after baking tin with the remaining oil.

This is the bread as not risen and still unbaked. It's nice to know and how it will look before putting it in the oven.
