Podluchen sour sauce of fatty meats, salo and khash

Ingredients
1 onion
1/2 head garlic
1/2 cup (100 ml) vinegar
1 cup (200 ml) of water
2 tbsp (20 g) sugar
1 tsp (5 g) pepper or paprika
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
salt
Method
Cleaned onion and garlic finely, put in a wooden mortar and sprinkle with a little salt. Stay after 30 minutes, breaking up very well. Add the red pepper. The mixture was removed in a porcelain dish and mixed with the vegetable oil, which was added gradually. The sugar is dissolved in water, mixed with vinegar, and added to the sauce. Optional can add finely chopped pickle or 1 tsp (5 g) mustard.
