Pork with bulgur oven

Ingredients
400 g pork - without bone
400 g bulgur
200 g onion
200 g red peppers
300 g zucchini
150 g tomatoes
3-4 cloves garlic
savory
mint
red and black pepper
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
The meat is cut into medium-sized cubes and stew in the oil and a little water until soft. Finely chopped onion fry, add chopped peppers, zucchini, garlic and tomatoes. Pour a little water and sprinkle with spices - to stew little. In medium pan, greased with sunflower oil Spread the bulgur and pouring down stewed meat and vegetables.
